María Munín Taboada develops its activity in Zobra, place of long beekeeping tradition. Its hives are located within the Galician Network of Protected Areas, specifically in the Sierra del Candán, considered a Special Protection Area of Natural Values.
Its chestnut honey, is very aromatic on the nose, with floral and fruity notes of high intensity. In the mouth highlights the persistence of acid flavor, leaving an aftertaste with hints of cinnamon.
They took 6 gold prizes in the Tasting of Honeys of Galicia.
